This position will Support Distributor Services group with Oracle Order Management and Distributor Management system.


POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
Learn the capabilities and functionality of the computer systems. Work with business users to support new processes and resolve issues with existing systems. Support Order Support and Distributor Relation group with Oracle Order Management and Distributor Management system. Support global tax group with Sabrix, and Oracle Tax system. Effectively assess business problems, gather and define requirements. Business Requirements documents will be used by the development staff to create technical designs & programming specifications. Participate in the design and review of specifications. Work with upper management on re-engineering efforts and be a strong advocate for the business community within the IT infrastructure.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Education/Experience:

7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong Oracle Order Management and Tax experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer or Business related field.
Background in international or multi-level marketing business a plus.
Basic database querying skills in either T-SQL or PL/SQL.
Demonstrated high proficiency with MS Word, Visio and drawing software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to extract requirements from users who may not understand a systems development life cycle.
Good understanding of SDLC principles and SDLC methodology.
Strong analytical skills and good judgment.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to bring complex projects to timely and effective completion.
Very strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
