We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead business and technical activities and produce business and technical requirement documents on all assigned applications and end-user products to ensure they meet specified business and technical specifications. The primary role of the Business Analyst will be to work with the development and operations teams in documenting Business and Technical Requirement Specification. This position leads and conducts necessary business and technical meetings and discussions required to fully document application changes and payer enhancements. Additionally, the Business Analyst will be responsible for creating detailed Use Cases to be utilized in creating Test Plans and test scripts for newly developed products, to verify the products meet business and technical specifications.Additional responsibilities include requirements management, to include documentation and resolution tracking of requirement modifications and updates within a defined versioning control process. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure test plans, scripts, requirements, and product outcomes achieve desired results. Responsibilities Include: Create, manage and maintain business and system use cases, and use case models Conduct and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal or external resources. Analyze business needs and translate to system/technical requirements. Support development and QA team within projects throughout development life cycle. Act as liaison between business and technical teams Act as project lead when necessary, involving cross-functional teams and a proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external vendor staff both written and verbally is a must. Assist Product Managers with Client Focus Group and 3rd Party Vendor management as needed Experience/Education Required: Bachelors degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years Business or System Analyst experience 4+ years software industry experience is preferred.
