This company is a recognized global leader in the small and medium business markets and its solutions are deployed in distributed enterprise environments, government, retail point-of-sale and health care segments as well as through service providers. Sr. CRM Engineer/Developer will be a member of IT Business Systems team to develop, support and maintain CRM systems (Siebel and Salesforce). In addition, the candidate will also work with the Oracle 11i team, EDI and various functions of IT.
Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of CRM systems (e.g., Siebel, Salesforce) across functional areas.
Plan and prepare design proposals to reflect time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.
Develop test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performance.
Conduct analysis of systems specifications and use the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes.
Develop system implementation plans and prepare programming documentation.
Recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards
Coordinate system upgrade activity.
Train user personnel in the implementation of the system.
Perform application development and implementation of CRM and related interfaces.
Provide functional and application operations/support to business users.
Evaluate business requirements and develops CRM application architecture and designs to meet business needs.
Develop and document operations procedures
Requirements:
7+ years of experience with minimum of 3 years of Siebel CRM
Experience working in fast paced development cycle
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle 11i, Salesforce and other programming languages/tools a plus
Excellent communication skills
Education:
Bachelors degree or higher
