Description
Law Firm has immediate opening for a Senior Manager of HR Systems. You will oversee the design, development, implementation, and management of HR Systems (including the Portal and InterAction) as a function of an enterprise system. You will also evaluate and recommend the most compatible software in conjunction with the Firm's IT systems requirements and assessments.
Responsibilities: Assess HR systems in place and recommending possible modifications or upgrades for all HR-related departments; Provide project management and issue resolution on all HR system-related projects in coordination with IT and relevant vendors; Ensure systems security issues are identified; Ensure the development and rollout of systems training;
Managing continuous integration of HR Systems to increase efficiencies, improve processes, and reduce overall operating costs. Requirements:
B.S. in Information Management Systems and/or B.A. in HR or Business Administration; Masters Degree preferred; Minimum of five years experience in two or more HR related areas: Generalist, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Policy or Staffing; Five years of management experience; Five years of HR technology design, development, implementation and/or troubleshooting; and
At least five years of enterprise HR technology solutions experience, preferably in a large office environment. Knowledge of: Microsoft Suite;
Enterprise HR Technologies, preferably PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 or SAP;
Document management systems; Project development and management methodology or best practices; PeopleSoft or other Enterprise scale HR system solutions from back-end administration overview; and Crystal report-writing or other report writing applications.
