Sr. Change Management/ Communications Consultant

The primary responsibility of this role is to help drive the execution of overall change management and communication strategy and deliverables during the planning, integration, deployment and post-implementation phases of major projects. The individual in this role will lead change and communication efforts for software implementations, focusing on supporting end users through large-scale change using a phased communication approach. Additional responsibilities will include providing organizational development and communication deliverables to the ERP department personnel.

The Organizational Readiness Team is responsible for leading change management and communication efforts for the program's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations as well as the overall organizational development and communication responsibilities of the ERP department.

Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of work experience, with experience in change management and communications for large software projects

Experience developing change management & communication strategies and plans

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; presentation skills/public speaking skills

Strong organizational development, teambuilding, and facilitation skills

Ability to successfully collaborate with various teams and build strong relationships

Demonstrated ability to deliver results within time constraints

Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)

Responsibilities:
Manages the execution of the change management & communication plan in alignment with the stages of the project. Activities include project kickoffs, key messages, system previews, user support procedures, road shows and meetings with external change and communication leaders (Change Champions, et al)

Defines change management & communication strategy and tactics for the planning, integration, deployment and post-implementation phases of major projects. Develops key relationships with project sponsors, business unit executives, Change Champions, and other program supporters to successfully manage change efforts within the businesses. Activities may include leadership alignment workshops, Change Champion events, user forums, etc.

Provides organizational development deliverables and communication to internal ERP department (approx. 300 people). Activities include assess needs, develop and deliver programs, manage employee satisfaction surveys, etc.

Leads efforts to improve internal processes, best practices sharing, and collaboration within the Organizational Readiness team.df-tc
