Description
RACF Engineer (Tier II and III)-Excellent knowledge of RACF and the mainframe operating system, with at least 6+ years experience working with RACF. Knowledge of JCL is required. Past experience as a systems programmer is required. This position will assess the software security controls associated with the mainframe operating systems and each of the components currently executing or proposed to be installed and or implemented. Detailed knowledge of one or more major systems components e.g., CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, USS, and Websphere, is required. Experienced user of VRA and or Consul Audit is highly desirable. CISSP or CISA certification or equivalent security degree is required. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, innovative self-starter. Must be efficient and well versed at working with peers in a team environment as well as consistently reporting project updates to management.

  • 6 years plus experience with Mainframe applications (IMS, CICS, COBOL, DB2, MQ, USS, Websphere)
  • 6 or more years RACF security administration, and Level II & III support
  • Experience with security Audits
