Job profile! Enterprise Data Management Architect - Oversee overall data definitions across EDW Architecture & Design - Act as the data steward to ensure data quality and standards (metadata quality assurance). Establish, define and apply enterprise-wide data ownership model for key enterprise entities - Facilitate the design & maintain business rules for creation and maintenance of data. - Define and apply enterprise-wide data governance model for all enterprise entities. including Business Rule Creation/Maintenance, Metadata Management, Data Services. - Establish business ownership for data definitions - Impact Analysis for Data Definition Changes - Support the creation and maintenance of the logical data models - Validate the adherence to data definitions and business rules - Data security and privacy enforcement policy standards and classifications. Includes scope, design and implement a scalable security model from data capture through presentation one layer at a time (leveraging existing technology platforms where possible) - Establish policies, procedures and standards for data definitions and naming conventions. - Prioritize and define data standards for the enterprise entity lifecycle (leveraging existing IT standards groups) standards span DATA life cycle, data analysis, process modeling, enterprise data modeling and data dictionary, data extractions-load-, data transformation and enrichment, data loads-parsing-validation-summarization, data reconciliation, data integrity and quality, data cleansing, data staging, data audit and transformation rules, metadata management and change control / data request process. - Own and maintain meta-data content - Define aggregation e2e data integration strategies - Establish and enforce Data retention policy.
