Description
This position is responsible for generating and publishing daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Inventory Management Team. Responsibilities also include E3 maintenance and administration, AS400 Query writing and the development of new Access reporting for internal and external E3 users.

• Responsible for all training activities relative to the E3 AWR system for internal and external users
• Manage the E3 application including lead-time, forecasting, stock transfers, new items, seasonal build-ups, diverter purchases, new store openings, and demand changes (i.e. volume shifts between DC’s.).
• Responsible for the applying security settings for new supplier partners participating in the program.
• Produce modify and publish inventory related reports on a daily basis.
• Coordinate updates for daily item and inventory files.
• Research and resolve item/inventory file download and E3 issues as they occur.
• Identify and implement efficient ordering opportunities with CPFR suppliers and DC Planners.
• Responsible for identifying and quantifying system modifications to enhance the current E3 process.
• Develop and execute E3 zappo reports for service level ranking and forecast changes.
• Monitor timely completion of E3 history exceptions and order policy analysis.
• Responsible for the ongoing development of AS400 Queries that will provide enhanced analytical tools and score-carding information from the E3 Trim System
• Develop ad hoc access reporting for the Inventory Management team.df-tc


Experience/Skills
• Bachelors Degree in related field such as: Finance, Business Management, Economics or Accounting.
• Retail Industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access.
• Background in Inventory Management and Order Forecasting preferred.
• Direct or related experience with Supply Chain Management.
• Training and presentation experience is required.
• Experience with a large scale Inventory Management System, the E3 System is preferred.
• Experience managing large scale multiple phase projects.
• Strong Organizational, Innovation and Creativity skills.
• Strong written & oral communication, possessing the ability to interact with all levels of management.
