Description
Responsibilities: Provide first line technology (data and voice) support for customer inquiries, problems, and/or requests with a basic to intermediate level of complexity. Able to work a flexible schedule to support a 24/7 operation and accountable for after-hours, weekend, and/or holiday support when needed. Record and track customer information on inquiries, problems, and/or requests utilizing the Remedy system. Develop working operational knowledge of customers technical environment, new technologies and IT&T Enterprise processes. Identify improvement opportunities to improve IT&T Enterprise customer service. Provide input / feedback on and assist with Knowledge Base solutions (support techniques and problem resolution), Service Desk roles / functions, and various technology projects that impact customers. Able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.
