Job Description :

Due to our client's continued growth, we are currently seeking an SVP Development & Technology to join our leadership team in Salt Lake City.

This individual will primarily be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing the strategic and tactical business plans that effectively deliver the technology, software development and systems required by both client and internal needs. Specific duties will include:

1. Recognize new developments in information systems and software development technology, and anticipate organizational changes to react accordingly.
2. Establish and implement development plans to accommodate long-term needs of information systems.
3. Utilize software development management processes to oversee project implementations.
4. Plan strategies for developing systems and acquiring hardware to meet application needs.
5. Act as top level point of contact to assist end users in determining IT requirements and solutions.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
> Bachelor's degree in IT or computer science.
> 10+ years of IT management experience.
> Proven track record of formulating, implementing and successfully managing an IT budget.
> Hands-on experience managing a systems and applications development shop.
> Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
> Previous experience in commercial software development and delivery to an external client base.
> Proven track record of successful IT project management and software development lifecycle oversight.
> Ability to travel up to 25%.

Candidate Must Have :
* Commercial software development and delivery to an external client base.
* 10+ years IT management experience.
* Exposure to financial services applications.
* Previous budgetary and P&L oversight.
* Previous development experience in CRM and ASP.df-tc
