Description
challenging, technical, systems software development experience using Linux, with previous experience in large high performance distributed environments.
Expert knowledge of SCSI, RAID,,Linux kernel and device driver programming experience, client-server programming, and exposure to storage applications such as volume management, backup, data migration and snapshots.
Strong experience with overall software engineering principles and knowledge of quality assurance tools, metrics and process.
Current programming experience in languages such as C/C++.
Must be proficient in the use of protocol analyzers, network traffic analyzers, bus analyzers, and data traffic generation tools.
In depth knowledge of switch system architecture and standards including FC, SCSI, Gig-E, TCP/IP, SNMP iSCSI is also ideal.
