ITC is currently seeking a Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining the server environment for a state-of-the-art game development company's production data center. The ideal candidate has a strong networking background and has worked in a client/server environment. This position requires a great deal of independent problem solving and a great understanding of in-house tools and technologies.

Essential Functions:
. Configure and administer Windows and Linux servers
. Manage Network Monitoring systems
. Identify and troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN problems and escalate when
necessary.
. Provide top-tier support to internal customers and international partners.
. Mentor Jr. & Staff level Systems Administrators
. Coordinate with IT & Infrastructure teams for all cross-functional
actions/issues
. Other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by manager
. Participate in on-call rotation

Experience/Skills
Requirements and Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
. 2+ years experience managing a mixed Windows/Linux 200+ node
network
. Knowledge of various Web applications and technologies (Apache, IIS,
SSL)
. Knowledge of and experience with various database servers (MS-SQL,
MySQL)
. Capable of writing papers/proposals/specs
. Knowledge of automated/scripted deployment solutions (Kickstart/Altiris)
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
. Must be a team player willing to attack any task assigned.
