* Providing system and network architecture, design, implementation and documentation.* Providing technical leadership in systems and network infrastructure.* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

**Must speak Japanese.** Systems / Network Administration experience. * NT/2000/2003/XP. UNIX a plus. * Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003. * General networking technologies, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN and firewalls. * Networking hardware * Network topology, security and design. * Novell Netware a plus. * Lotus Notes/Domino a plus. * MCSE, CCN* and/or CNE a plus * Communication skills, customer service skills and organizational skills.* Willingness to learn a must. * Analytical and process analysis skills. * Problem-solving skills and the ability to think "outside of the box". * Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. * On-call responsibility and minimal travel required. * Bachelor's degree or Associates degree or equivalent experience.
