Description
Expectations:
  • Manage the ongoing data maintenance that is needed to run the effectively support the customer service systems
  • Assist clients and troubleshoot system related problems
  • Assist in the development of training materials and provide training for Customer Service
  • Work with ITS to develop, implement, and test system enhancements

    principle Accountabilities
    1. Provide end user assistance for various systems, Prioritize and expedite assistance based upon severity of the situation. This could include 24 hour support and Holiday coverage. Document hotline calls and identified solutions.
    2. Work with other system support analysts to identify needs, provide troubleshooting for system and process errors and participate in the development of system enhancements.
    3. Work with other system support analysts to develop and implement training programs to improve system efficiency and service.
    4. Work directly with the technical support team (MIS) to plan, develop and execute client testing of all systems changes.
    5. Maintain system support tables.
    6. Provide back up coverage for the maintenance of OASIS and Network Security Files.
    7. Generate and analyze reports to be used in support of Order Management and Order fulfillment.
    8. Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
    Experience:
  • 1-3 years of order management or order fulfillment experience
  • Good working knowledge of systems in general
