MSI has a new division!!!!! MSI Strategic Solutions. MSI Strategic Solutions is a well thoughtout plan. A blend of Technical, Finance and Infrastructure SALES. Currently with 14 staff members growing to 31 by the end of the 3rd Quarter we need you NOW!!!!!! As a Sales Professional you will be able to utilize your talents as both a HUNTER and a FARMER. Whether you are selling Technical or Finance you your talents are needed. Our market share increases each week and the competition is feeling our presence in the marketplace. There is no Territories, no CAP on earnings, job orders all get covered, You just have to sell. But you must be able to do just that sell. Our team expects you to get solid job orders, control your clients, negotiate bill rates, make calls and appointments and have a sense of urgency about yourself. For these talents we are willing to do whatever it takes to make you successful. Our recruiter work long, hard and smart to make sure your job orders get filled. Our Team requires that you make 45 calls a day, make appointments with clients, be a hunter, winner and possess a great attitude. You must be able to build a relationship with potential clients and get the business. If you have STAFFING experience that is great but you must have sales experience. You have to want to win!!!!!
