Customers buy their solutions to align and optimize product, systems, and software development lifecycles with business objectives and customer needs to dramatically improve quality and predictability, while significantly reducing time-to-market and overall costs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sell products and services directly to end users, primarily via face-to-face contact. Often responsible for complex and difficult to close sales. Assist management in devising direct sales plans and strategies. Operate under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment.

70% Perform sales activities for an assigned geographic area or product/service line to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.

* Contact and visits prospective customers to determine needs.
* Create and performs sales presentations to match company's
products/services with identified needs.
* Sell products/services through face-to-face contact.
* Remain knowledgeable of company's products/services to facilitate sales
efforts.
* Maintain sales records and prepares sales reports as required.
* Often responsible for complex and difficult to close sales.

20% Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain a regular schedule of contact via phone/on-site visits.
* Alert clients to new or improved products/services.
* Develop relationships with client through dinners, outings, etc.
* Relays client feedback to product development staff.

10% Assist management in devising direct sales plans and strategies.
* Assist management in determining effective sales techniques.
* Determine ways to differentiate from competitors.
* Work with management to identify up sell opportunities.
* Assist marketing with design and promotional strategies.

Education and Work Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business or sales management.
* Prefer 5-7 years of successful sales experience.df-tc

* Excellent knowledge of company's products/services and pricing practices.
* Excellent selling skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and presentation required.

* Heavy telephone usage.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Virtual office. Some travel required, but mostly commuting to customers
