Account Manager Job Description:
Due to our current growth, Staffing Technologies is seeking to hire an Atlanta-based sales professional that can take us to the next level. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual who is one of the top producers in the Technical Staffing & Services Industry. If you have contacts in Atlanta and the desire to further your career in IT staffing sales with uncapped earnings potential, we have the job for you.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 years of Staffing Experience/Professional Services
  • 3 years of Sales Experience
  • Ability to clearly articulate past successes in the last 2 calendar years in terms of headcount and gross profit margin
  • Demonstrated success successfully selling IT Staffing Services and/or Project Services in excess of $3 Million annually
  • Must have existing relationships to leverage in the Business and Consultant community
  • Good Sense of Humor a Must.
  • Must consistently exceed Sales Quota/Sales Targets
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and understand how to prioritize
  • Integrity Honesty Trustworthy Always do the right thing
  • Strategic thinker who can innovate to find solutions
  • Tactical executor with ability to set and reach goals
  • Ability to sell and act as a leader in our fast paced environment
  • Must be willing to participate in developing the on-going strategy of the company
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but requisite outstanding performance will be considered

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Job is conveniently located in beautiful Alpharetta, Georgia
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • PLUS Industry Leading Commission Plan
    • Specific % of gross profit margin for all consultants on billing (paid every 30 days)
    • Specific % of fee for all permanent placements
