Sales
Responsible for the direct sale of the company?s products or services to expand market share. May also manage the organization?s relationships with independent representatives or resellers. Calls on prospective customers, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices. Responsible for new account development and/or growth of existing accounts within an established geographic territory, product line, or channel. Must meet assigned sales quota.
Levels lV and V are for Account Management positions.
Account Management (part of Sales Applications Specialists family)
Responsible for the direct sale of the company?s products or services to the BioPharmaceutical Industry to expand market share.

Calls on prospective customers in the Quality Control departments as well as related departments in addition to the manufacturing area and provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, training, quotes,and seminars on Microbiological test methods/applications. Responsible for new account development and/or growth of of existing accounts within a geographic territory (Selected accounts in MA, NH and all of MD) with new and existing Process Monitoring Tool products in the BioProcess Division.

Must meet assigned sales targets.

Interested candidates should have a BS degree in Biological Sciences, Microbiology. Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering or equivalent and have general knowledge of the BioPharm Industry QC environment/regulations. Be willing to travel up to 40% of time.

Sales experience desirable.

Position requires a responsive candidate with computer competency in MS Excel, Word,and Power point. Knowledge in Project management, and Lotus Notes databases a plus.df-tc
