Solve.PositionAs a first level Sales Associate / Technical Recruiter, you will be the primary source for identifying new consultants for current roles/projects/opportunities. You will use multiple resources to find and do first level qualification of potential consultants for Darwin?s project teams. You will pre-qualify, develop relationships and submit the consultants to the appropriate statements of work or projects. These qualified consultants will be presented to our clients through Darwin?s technology practices. Responsibilities?Source the Internet and internal database to identify consultants for projects and opportunities?Pre-qualify candidates and introduce these consultants to Darwin Partner's and to the Technology Practices?Establish detailed profiles and knowledge of consultants?Proactively build Darwin's database of consultants to align with our client pipeline?Work directly with Senior members of technology practices to determine recruiting efforts?Extensive phone work
