Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
Energetic, enthusiastic, motivated and confident marketing/sales professional to work as part of
the marketing and sales department. Responsible for working with existing clients and prospects
to identify the benefits offered by our products.
Job Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
1. Achieve an advanced level understanding of all software products,
third party integrated products, and the collection industry.
2. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through proactive account
management.
3. Provide initial contact for client and prospect requests for product information. Requests
may be received via phone, sales voicemail, sales web form, sales e-mail, tradeshow,
etc.
4. Ability to identify and document prospect's needs, expectations and priorities and
recommend appropriate product(s).
5. Actively seek to increase the services offered to existing clients and increase the income
generated.
6. Prepare all quotes for upgrades, modules and ancillary products for existing clients.
7. Fulfill all requests for sales information, proposals, and price quotations.
8. Coordinate web or live presentations and demonstrations to both clients and prospects.
Over time may conduct demonstrations.
9. Record all customer/prospect communications in project and sales databases.
10. Work with marketing to develop presentations for prospects, clients, tradeshows and
conferences.
11. Maintain closed loop contact process with prospects generated via website, advertising,
tradeshows, etc.
12. Attend tradeshows and conferences as booth representative.
13. Work with marketing to perform tradeshow follow-up.
14. Generate sales pipeline reports as requested.
15. Work with Accounting Dept. to verify credit status of existing client prior to issuing quotes.
16. Work with Client Services to transfer sale to implementation/installation.
17. Represent customer interests with internal departments to ensure overall product
satisfaction. Provide feedback to VP of Customer Care regarding general customer
needs and requests.
18. Work with marketing to develop campaigns to existing clients.
19. Perform web-based research to develop new sales lead information.
20. Assist marketing with coordinating and conducting internal projects and events.
Travel
1. 10-15% travel required. (Tradeshows and Customer User Group Meetings)

1. Performs related sales and marketing administrative duties as required.

Education & Experience
Required
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
and one to two years of sale and/or marketing support experience.
2. One to two years experience in a similar role, preferably with a B2B software solution.
Desirable
1. Experience in legal or financial institution market.
It is our intention to have the sales coordinator move into a sales account representative role in
12-18 months.
Salary Range
$30,000.00 - $35,000.00 plus benefits
