Sales Data Management Analyst

SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, analyzes customer and sales/prescription-related data. Problem-solves and makes decisions involving routine customer information. Process inquiries generated by the Field Sales team, internal clients and via the Quarterly variance comparison process.


FUNCTIONS
Analyze customer sales data and prescription information to identify, address and correct discrepancies
Verify customer nominal information for customer resolution
Work with Sr. Manager for the resolution of customer sales data and prescription information
Creation of inquires to IMS for the resolution of discrepancies
Acting as primary liaison, communicating between Sales force, internal customer and IMS
Document customer information that conflicts with current data



COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
Basic analytical skills
Excellent oral communication skills
Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions involving routine issues
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
Good understanding of Internet Explorer as a front end user
Motivated, Detail-Oriented, and Flexible


EXPERIENCE:
Undergraduate Degree (highly preferred)
Basic Windows PC experience
Knowledge of Excel and Word
