Highly skilled, hands-on, seasoned professional capable of clearly articulating a complex technical value proposition. Analytical and in depth technical/business problem solving skills are a must for success in this position. The primary responsibility of the sales engineer at is to support the direct sales operation in all phases of the pre-sales cycle including technical qualification of prospects, needs discovery, requirements definition, technical presentation, ROI analysis, and configuration of custom demonstrations.
-3 - 5 years experience supporting a software sales team in the pre-sales stages of the cycle.
-Knowledge/understanding of Oracle Applications or significant experience with Oracle Forms and Workflow.
-Experience in deployment, design, architecture, and implementation of J2EE based applications and web based applications preferred, but not required.
-Knowledge of technologies such as Java, XSL, XSLT, JSP, Servlets, and XML Schema design preferred not requireddf-tc
