The position requires 5-7 years experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering role, selling complex voice solutions including IVR/VRU and Voice Recognition. =0A The Pre-Sales Engineer will assist in the selling process of company's Voice Solutions to prospects and current customer. =0A =0A Responsibilities=0A Prospecting, qualifying and closing all our client?s voice, voice self service and voice enabled CRM opportunities.=0A =0A ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:=0A Support the regional sales team - responsibility for the technical aspects of the sales process.=0A Leading in specifying integration solutions.=0A Ownership of and prompt responses to RFP/RFI documents. Responsible for project reviews,=0A including: ~ Technical analysis of customer requirements ~ Creating configurations/quotes for=0A customer ~ Preparation and sign off of technical proposals for customers.=0A Act as an integral team member working to achieve regional and team sales goals.=0A Manage pending sales situations from a technical pre-sales perspective, working alongside sales=0A directors and regional sales managers both in-house and on-site, providing all support for=0A achieving success in sales.=0A Assisting in training channel partners.=0A Participation in trade shows.=0A Travel (20-25%) may be required.=0A Applying established complex voice solutions selling techniques to penetrate new accounts and expand portfolio within existing accounts.=0A Work collaboratively with other enterprise account team members=0A Develop voice sales strategies for each assigned account.=0A Have a clear understanding of our client?s value proposition and be able to articulate our value proposition in the area of Voice enabled CRM,=0A Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments=0A Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management with all respective customers=0A Attend weekly pipeline review with manager=0A =0A Requirements and specialized skills=0A B.S. Degree or equivalent=0A At least 6 ?8 years of sales engineer in the IVR, Voice Recognition, PBX, ACD, CTI, CRM, Auto=0A Attendant, WEB/Internet, NT server/SQL server, database knowledge, computer H/W & networking.=0A solutions=0A Extensive knowledge of telephony and contact center market, trends, vendors and best practices (includes IVR and ACD)=0A Knowledge of VoiceXML essential. Prior exposure to TuVox, VoiceIVR, or other VoiceXML-based products helpful.=0A Able to travel=0A Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills=0A Excellent time management and organizational skills=0A Strong presentation and demo capabilities.=0A Strong verbal/written communication skills=0A Independent and self-motivated.df-tc
