Voice Solutions Sales Engineer

Our client, a leading vendor of outsourced Enterprise-grade CRM solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the sales of its integrated Voice Solutions suite of services. The position requires 5-7 years experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering role, selling complex voice solutions including IVR/VRU and Voice Recognition.
The Pre-Sales Engineer will assist in the selling process of company's Voice Solutions to prospects and current customer.

Responsibilities
Prospecting, qualifying and closing all our client?s voice, voice self service and voice enabled CRM opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Support the regional sales team - responsibility for the technical aspects of the sales process.
Leading in specifying integration solutions.
Ownership of and prompt responses to RFP/RFI documents. Responsible for project reviews,
including: ~ Technical analysis of customer requirements ~ Creating configurations/quotes for
customer ~ Preparation and sign off of technical proposals for customers.
Act as an integral team member working to achieve regional and team sales goals.
Manage pending sales situations from a technical pre-sales perspective, working alongside sales
directors and regional sales managers both in-house and on-site, providing all support for
achieving success in sales.
Assisting in training channel partners.
Participation in trade shows.
Travel (20-25%) may be required.
Applying established complex voice solutions selling techniques to penetrate new accounts and expand portfolio within existing accounts.
Work collaboratively with other enterprise account team members
Develop voice sales strategies for each assigned account.
Have a clear understanding of our client?s value proposition and be able to articulate our value proposition in the area of Voice enabled CRM,
Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management with all respective customers
Attend weekly pipeline review with manager

Requirements and specialized skills
B.S. Degree or equivalent
At least 6 ?8 years of sales engineer in the IVR, Voice Recognition, PBX, ACD, CTI, CRM, Auto
Attendant, WEB/Internet, NT server/SQL server, database knowledge, computer H/W & networking.
solutions
Extensive knowledge of telephony and contact center market, trends, vendors and best practices (includes IVR and ACD)
Knowledge of VoiceXML essential. Prior exposure to TuVox, VoiceIVR, or other VoiceXML-based products helpful.
Able to travel
Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong presentation and demo capabilities.
Strong verbal/written communication skills
