Position: Sales Engineer
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a direct placement position with target salary of $85,000 + Bonus Package

Ideal Candidate will have the following
? B.S. Mechanical Engineering
? Automotive Wheel Component Experience
? Program Management or Project Timing experience
? GM Experience

Position will be working 3 days at GM Pontiac and 2 Days in Novi.

The position pays $85K + Bonus Package with a car.

DESCRIPTION OF JOB
State the primary function or overall purpose of the position:

The Sales / Integrated supplier engineer is responsible for managing all of Client and GM business (and
others as assigned) through GM's engineering departments, systems and procedures. This includes
managing GM internal only document and process control systems. Systems such as CN/DN, EWO,
PRTS require constant monitoring and feed back. In addition providing monthly written and verbal
reports to GM management on program timing, status design and engineering related issues are required.


In addition, this individual is responsible to coordinate all communication of design, engineering and
program management issues from our Client to GM. The position is also responsible for assisting and
ensuring and completing our data submissions, issues and requirements through GM's personnel and
procedures and systems.


2. List the key parts or principal activities which must be performed in order to carry out the purpose of
the
position described above:

1. Provide main and core PDT documentation, and attend monthly meetings

2. Manage data input, and communicate issues through GM's proprietary computer/software systems.

3. Communicate new issues and responsibilities from GM to our client.

4. Ensure that all aspect of design, engineering and program management meet or exceed customer
expectations.

5. Communicate design and engineering development from our Client to GM and vice versa.

6. Work with GM to assist in advanced development of wheel technology, coordinate wheel sample
development and provide advanced documentation on new product/process development.
