HMS has opportunities an opportunity for a Sales Executive immediately with the following qualifications:

Core Job Duties
? Identifies prospective leads to pursue in accord with target profile
? Identifies senior level executive to sponsor our software
? Develops account strategy and implements expeditiously
? Delivers sales presentations to gain ?C? level prospect interest and commitment
? Scopes project, prospect buying process, budget and competition
? Manages and reviews site survey, value propositions and ROI development
? Addresses competitive differentiators: How we will win!
? Leads go ? no go decision making process
? Prepares and presents overall compelling business solution and pricing
? Provides references and coordinates reference contacts
? Identifies and resolves compelling business solution and pricing
? Determines appropriate demonstration strategy on a per prospect basis; coordinates and participates in construction of each
? Arranges and hosts Corporate site visits
? Prepares account plans and win/loss report
? Maintains on-going client relationship to access additional sales opportunities
? Negotiates terms and scope to final contract closure
Required
? Extensive software or ASP sales experience
? Health insurance background industry a major plus
? Proven $250,000+ sales record for 5+ years
? Proven ability to close deals in a timely manner
? Ability to prospect and develop large account strategies
? Excellent consultative selling skill
? Excellent presentation skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Enthusiastic and self motivated
? Contracting and negotiation expertise
? ?ROI? oriented
? Leadership and organizational skills to manage efficient use of internal resources
? Ability to relate effectively, assertively and comfortably with ?C? level executives
? Hunter/competitive personality; driven and able to close the deal
? Health insurance background a plus
? Minimum BS degree
