Experience/Skills
The Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for one of three Regions sales efforts to include develop a new sales territory. Creating relationships with alliances in emerging mid-markets and future customers in the region. They will be responsible for account penetration, development, management, and increasing breadth and depth through transactions with Senior Management. This person will negotiate technology obsolescence by promoting long term Solutions . This includes territory prospecting, client relationship and customer satisfaction management, proposal development, and closing opportunities. The successful candidate will have a background in conceptual selling and solutions sales with Tele Com, Hardware, Medical Equipment or Software products.

The Right Fit Candidate

Meeting or exceeding the following criteria would mean we have the ideal candidate for the job!

* Must have 3-5 plus years successful field sales experience selling Infrastructure, Tele Com, Hardware, Medical Equipment or Software Solutions and Services to companies that are mid tier high growth companies ($50M to $600M in Revenues) in the region, selling directly at the C Level and managing ongoing client relationships.
* Must have experience in managing multiple accounts, obtaining executive sponsorship and have familiarity with account management methodologies. (eg. LAMP.)
* Successful and proven sales track record of meeting and exceeding quota in services sales. Strong industry referrals to demonstrate this success.
* Proven ability of developing strategic partners with relationships in the middle market.
* Strong understanding of Financial Proposals and experience in calling on executive business and financial management and present an ROI case and value proposition.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* Has internal drive, perseverance, and stamina with a solution based mind set.
* B.S./B.A. Degree.

Compensation:. Highly competitive six figure plus comp package that includes outstanding base and strong commission plan!
