Description
Client is seeking a senior Sales Professional to identify, develop, and close business with system integrator partners and enterprise customers Worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a high-energy, positive attitude and the ability to work at a senior level, focused on mid-tier systems integrators, resellers, and application developers that sell into the enterprise space. Applicants must possess the ability to identify and target potential partners and customers within the geographic area of the Eastern US, primarily the tri-state region of Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. They should have a clear understanding of different market verticals namely, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, banking, and US Government, and have specific sales experience within two of these.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
.develop and maintain high-level contacts inside of system integrators

.secure meetings with decision makers to present Client products and services

.present Client products to senior executives inside system integrators

.follow up with written proposals, additional calls, technical briefings, demonstrations, etc. as needed to close business

.ensure support from Client professional services and technology organizations

.work closely with Client Systems Engineer partner to successfully explain the value of Client's software infrastructure

.must be articulate, poised and professional in all forms of communications (face-to-face, written, email, phone)

.grow business with system integrator customers by expanding use of Client software and Client Professional services.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with 10-15 years of job-related experience. Previous sales experience in the enterprise software industry preferred. Must have proven excellent written and oral communications skills -- must be proficient in presenting to large groups of senior executives with engaging professional manner. Must be able to think creatively. Ability to work in a team environment with internal and external groups required; must be comfortable with matrix management structure. Must have proven track record in software sales, having carried and met an annual quota in excess of $2 Million.
