Sales Incentive Management Consultant


This position requires:

- 3+ years experience implementing Callidus, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle Enterprise Incentive Management solutions.

- 3+ full life cycle implementations, with some project management experience preferred.

- Strong leadership and communication skills (can be demonstrated through experience leading requirements gathering sessions, performing business presentations, and training client/sales participants on EIM software package).

- Demonstrated ability to understand how EIM software packages function, and how to translate incentive plan requirements and a client's desired business process into an efficiently designed EIM system

- A creative solution focused mindset and a solid mathematical foundation (basic math and algebra).

- Prefer experience with Banking/Finance, Insurance, High Tech, and Industrial market's incentive plans.

- Candidate should be able to articulate the incentive plan design trends and common incentive management issues within their vertical of experience.

- The following technical skills are a plus:
- Advanced Excel Formulas,
- Crystal Reporting,
- SQL.
- Experience designing incentive reports and performing incentive plan analyses.
