Description
Lead regional business development activity for Automated Retail Products, including Kiosks, ATMs, POS and other related products.



Responsibilities include:



Develop & execute account strategies and sales plans for targeted accounts



Initiate sales engagement for Solectron's supply chain and design & engineering services



Drive sales initiatives to proactive proposals/quotations & negotiations, leveraging a cross-functional "virtual team"



Successfully convert sales initiatives to profitable new business wins



Coordinate successful transfer of booked business to account managers



Proactively and accurately manage the sales pipeline and win ratio

Strong, independent sales manager with proven record of business development success selling EMS supply chain services, product design services, and related services



5+ of years sales experience



Experience with highly electro-mechanical products



C-level verbal & written communications & presentation skills



Experience and "know who" in automated retail products such as Kiosk, ATM & POS highly preferred



Ability to independently drive cross-functional complex business development programs.



MBA preferred, BA/BS required.50% travel
