This person will be traveling all over the East Coast under 25% of the time. You would be assisting your team with sales and presentations. Position is open due to current person promoted.

Job Requirements:

MUST HAVE experience building a sales team as well as managing inside and outside sales people of 10 plus. Should have the experience of making a sales presentation to upper level management as well as managing 5 ? 6 outside sales staff and 4 ? 5 inside sales staff and 2 ? 4 support staff. You will have Assistant Manager as well.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the overall sales efforts of the Business and Professional segment of the business. Manage, train, coach, and mentor, the outside and inside sales force, as well as the support staff. Primary emphasis on helping the individuals, team, and the department achieve their sales goals. Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic customers. This is a hands on sales and management position that is responsible for keeping the sales team on track through motivation and leadership.

4 year Degree REQUIRED

Proven consistent record in managing a sales team to meet their goals. Creative ideas for motivating a team. Hands on manager who is able to get in the trenches to help the team attain their goals. Knowledge of Goldmine contact management software.
