Position -Sales Manager -

Salary - to 70k base + 12.5k per month commission (average) + 12.5k Per month group commission (average)

Location - Florida

One of the leading online global distributors for electronic components. We have an immediate opening for a motivated, energetic Sales Manager for our European Region.

Position requires an individual with inside sales experience and managerial expertise in the electronic component industry. Qualified candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills, Internet browsing proficiency, experience with various PC software applications, exceptional selling ability, leadership & team-building skills, and a positive work ethic. Previous direct experience selling semiconductors to OEM-s, CM-s and Engineers is required. Fluency in German, French, Italian or other European language is a plus. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 5:00AM to 2:00PM at our , Florida office.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage sales activities of European Sale team including monitoring/evaluation of sales opportunities, results, productivity levels, and profit generation.
- Recruit, train and develop a successful team; conduct daily sales meetings, achievement of business growth, attainment of individual and team sales goals
- Personally select and manage individual key accounts including all sales related activity; hands-on account management required.
- Ensure department-s adherence to company financial goals.

Mid to high 5 figure base salary plus commission from direct account sales plus an override for group performance; high achievers able to exceed 6 figures in the first twelve months.
