We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our organization in the South East Unites States.

Requirements and skills needed include:
Responsible for the management of manufacturer rep sales organization within assigned territory.

Qualifications:
BS Business and/or Marketing preferred, 5 years of previous sales experience required. Experience in Commercial/Industrial controls industry a plus.

Competencies:
1. Strong presentation skills.
2. Ability to coordinate and manage large group meetings as well as smaller training sessions at Rep, distributor and contractor locations.

Accountabilities:
1. Achieve consistent sales growth through assigned territory.
2. Manage territory sales budget through sales goal assignments, office development and the identification and establishment of additional distribution offices to assure adequate sales coverage and market penetration.
3. Utilize provided analytical sales data for territory to identify opportunities for territory sales development and execute defined programs to accomplish growth. Provide timely reports and sales analysis, and data as directed. Work with offices and deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts.
4. Prepare and execute marketing plans for each office within assigned territory, with focus on continuous sales growth.
5. Execute the introduction of new IC products and programs to assure the proactive adoption of products within territory, by assigned offices.
6. Contribute to office sales efforts through direct sales contact with end use customers, consultants or contractors as appropriate for distribution channel.
7. Assist with local and regional trade shows and sales activities. Promote the advancement of the IC name brands recognition productively throughout assigned territory.
8. Provide sales and technical support to assigned offices to assure product sales can be effectively accomplished by assigned offices.
9. Provide timely feedback on customer product requirement, program requirements, competitive activities, policies, opportunities and procedures that effect IC's market position.
10. Conduct quarterly rep agency reviews and provide needed training on Invensys Controls product offerings. Establish and maintain relationships with key wholesale distributors and contractors.
