At SBC, our Sales Managers?

? are expected to direct the efforts of sales personnel to acquire back business from another service provider.
? Develop sales team personnel through activity and performance management
? establish new network products and services that include selling Local Access, Toll and Data Networking.
? Identify and deliver full telecommunication solutions with competitive planning strategies


The successful candidates will have?

? 3-5 years of telecommunication sales experience required, with demonstration of meeting 100% sales objectives
? 5+ years of sales management experience preferred.
? Excellent interpersonal, coaching and team building skills, proven leader ability
? Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
? MBA in business, marketing or equivalent preferred
