Sales Operation Analyst Primary Function: This candiate should have experience with Sales Compensations or previous experience or at least be familiar with these types of processes. Excellent Excel knowlege, able to take data, and format data. The position provides support of the US Sales Organization by managing the sales incentive compensation program, and includes general analytical and operational support of all domestic sales channels, and ad-hoc reporting as needed. Major Responsibilities: Manage the incentive compensation program by providing the following: * sales reporting by product brand, customer, and geography (territory, district, and region). * Compilation and analysis of sales metrics to measure sales performance and goal obtainment. * Assistance in working with various sales channel managers on details, applications, and analysis of sales compensation. * Assistance in the IC review and annual planning processes. * The critical review of processes for automation purposes. Monitor and maintain the sales force territory alignments t ensure optimal sales coverage of customer base and geographic efficiencies. This includes communicating and coordinating activities with alignment vendors. Provide further support for Sales Planning and Analysis (sister department), sales channels, internal cross-functional departments (Finance, Marketing, etc.) through report generation and analysis, and ad-hoc queries. This includes tracking sales samples, marketing programs and sales activities via in-house reporting tools and outside vendors.
