Description
You need to have at 3-4 years of experience supporting Salesforce or any other CRM application. You will be assisting with communicating sales processes, creating and analyzing sales reports, tracking pipeline, coordinating pre sales engagements, and other tasks as assigned. This is a fast paced environment and you will be supporting the Sales and Marketing teams. Maintain relationship with field personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions. You will also run weekly sales funnel reporting from SalesForce.com and analyze sales results from lead generation through various sales stages. This job also involves training and effectively communicating to sales team on processes and how to use SalesForce.com.
