Description
Our client is a fast growing international company that provides email marketing and business process automation solutions, professional, and managed services to customers in North America, South America, Asia and the Pacific.

The Sales Representative will have a key leadership role in managing and selling company solutions into high-value accounts. Additionally, to exploring further opportunities in existing accounts, you will also close, develop new business and will carry a sales contribution quota.

The Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing revenue generation, gaining an understanding of prospective customers' strategies and working with other company teams to provide valuable solutions to existing and new customers. The Sales Representative will work with various individuals on the team to qualify leads, promote value-added services to existing accounts, assist in developing sales strategies to penetrate existing and potential markets, conduct customer and reseller prospecting, close new sales. Must be able to perform against quota and excel in a highly competitive market.


Required Skills & Experience
* Demonstrate a strategic and analytical sales approach with focus on building partnerships with top tier clients.
* A minimum of two (2) years hands-on sales experience with proven track record in over-achieving quota selling technology-based solutions in a competitive environment.
* Interpersonal relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent time-management and organizational skills.
* Customer focused leader with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
* Experience working with clients in a training and mentoring environment; ability to present in front of business professionals.
* BA/BS degree.
* Must have strong knowledge of Internet concepts specifically in the area of Email Marketing.
* Strong to exceptional knowledge and experience with the Internet, email and emarketing technologies.
* Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as basic HTML/graphic skills.
* Project management experience.
* Ability to travel for non-extended periods of time (1-3 days).

Non-Required / Special Experience Considerations
* Strong knowledge of CRM applications (Siebel, , E.piphany, Oracle, Onyx).
* Strong knowledge and experience using Salesforce Automation software.
* Previous sales experience with an Application Service Provider based company, specifically in the area of email marketing, CRM solutions, or interactive media.
* Previous experience in traditional direct marketing print and fulfillment.
* Previous experience in campaign management, brand management and ROI analysis.
* Previous experience selling Internet applications to Fortune 500 companies.
* Specific industry solution sales (e.g. Financial/SAS70 compliance, Healthcare/HIPAA, accountancy software and government).
* Multilingual in Asia/Pacific or Latin languages.
