Description
If selected for this vital liaison role, you will be a key contact for brokers, field sales associates and internal clients- recommending and implementing innovative technical solutions that improve sales productivity. You will proactively solicit feedback from impacted areas, analyze all available information, and identify areas for improvement. Then, you will implement these improvements working closely with ISI, our sister organization that provides information technology services. Through the results of this coordinated effort, the field staff will benefit from improved efficiency and increased selling time, providing Masterfoods USA with a distinct competitive advantage.

In terms of specifics, you will: develop and implement web technology; manage asset tracking, hardware and software deployment and crisis management; and in general, ensure that sales teams are using appropriate technologies to support all of their activities and projects. This position will call upon the breadth of your skills- for instance, you will provide hands on troubleshooting for technical problems, use your interpersonal skills to work effectively with a variety of departments, and use your business acumen to maintain and analyze budgets and improve processes. Our Winning Candidate will Possess:
* A four year college degree, although equivalent experience may be substituted.
* Minimum 4 years experience in sales management or supporting remote sales staff; technical knowledge and experience in web sites, home offices, mobile computing devices a plus.
* Sound planning and organizational skills coupled with excellent problem solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence, motivate others and build trusting relationships.
* Willingness to travel up to 25 percent.df-tc
