The individuals will be trained to support in the following manner:
Generate software and services pricing Consolidate software, services, and hardware pricing into a proposal Update Siebel quotes Manage QRA queue for pricing activity Submit contract requests on behalf of the sales reps Work on Customer Issues Lists and resolve on behalf of sales reps Interact with Sales reps, Technical Acctg, and Contract Development to suppor the quote to contract process Work in Excel spreadsheets and be comfortable with formulas and numbers/calculations Ability to multi-task, while staying focused on deliverables Detail oriented
