General Summary:
Responsible for response and follow through to current client needs related to additional hospital purchases, sales, additional products, and contractual question related to system usage.Participate in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP).

Essential Job Functions:
Manage all requests from clients to add or remove contracted items and maintain data for all contractual additions in .
Serve as primary resource for questions related to functional access based on client’s contract. (internal and external)
Assist with management of responses to all RFP/Information related to all MIDAS+ product lines.
Communicate client feedback to management staff to enhance current products and to promote future products.
Interact with administration in addressing unique contractual requests from clients for pricing, training, interfaces, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Detailed knowledge of the core MIDAS+ Care Management product.
Understanding of interfaces, data integration, and implementation process.
The ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with MIDAS+ clients.
PC literate in Microsoft Office and an ability to navigate well through the Internet.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
Strong analytical ability.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required plus 3-5 years software application experience in the healthcare industry.Contract management experience or MIDAS+ experience a plus.
