Description
The role of the Sales Systems Architect is to integrate the company’s use of sales & marketing systems as a strategic enabler of corporate goals and objectives. This position will achieve this by strategically designing, developing, and implementing strategic sales & marketing systems to support all facets of these respective domains. This individual will act as the primary advocate of Sales and Marketing systems and direct a team of Sales and Order Management Specialists

Required Skills:
- College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering.
- Master Degree is a strong desire
- 12+ years work experience as a Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing Analyst and technology leader.
- Hands-on experience with data architecting, data mining, large-scale data modeling, and business requirements gathering/analysis and support of Sales systems.
- Demonstrated expertise with repository creation, and data and information system life cycle methodologies.
- Development and implementation of Consensus Forecasting Systems, Category Management Systems, Trade Promotion Systems, and Retail Support Systems
- Experience with business requirements analysis, entity relationship planning, database design, reporting structures, and so on.
- Excellent client/user interaction skills to determine requirements.
- Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards,
- Proven project management experience.
- Knowledge of SAP, CAS are a plus
- Leadership abilities to steer and direct technology as well as business personnel
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent Project Management and Delivery Skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
