We are currently assisting our client who is need of a degreed Sales Tracking Analyst.

The Sales Tracking Analyst will validate distributor/wholesaler data (EDI & manual) and maintain this data within the Sales Tracking database (a relational database management tool). The Sales Tracking Analyst will have responsibility for creating and publishing standardized and adhoc reports that monitor and measure sales performance versus variable measures at a territory, district and national level (based on the reported 3rd party data) for Specialty and International Divisions.
The Sales Tracking Analyst will assist with the validation and implementation of new deployment models and sales metrics based on the yearly/trimester sales and compensation plans. The Sales Tracking Analyst will maintain responsibility for sales representative variable compensation calculations and generating commission statements/monitors as well as determining rep, district and region rankings for various awards and contests.

Experience/Skills
??? Maintain sales data and its integrity within the appropriate relational database while working with IT to properly support and manage the database structure.
??? Provide accurate and timely sales performance reporting at a territory, district and national level for all divisions including international. Handle a large volume of sales representative inquiries regarding reports.
??? Assist with the validation and implementation of new deployment models and sales metrics based on the yearly sales and compensation plans.
??? Utilize sales performance results for determining commissions earned and creating and publishing commission monitors/statements for all representatives.
??? Update/maintain all appropriate support systems including Sales Tracking Portal.
Provide indicators of volume or scope of service, production or employees managed (i.e. sales volume, department budget managed, revenue from manufacturing or service, number of employees served). Indicate whether accountability is primary, contributory, or shared (if shared--with what other positions).
***A high degree of competency with Excel and relational data bases and a minimum of 2 years experience as an Analyst.
*** 2 years experience as an Analyst. A minimum of 2 of 4 years experience within the medical/pharmaceutical Sales Tracking area is desired.
