Position Description
Perform training requirements study for 5 telesales locations. Determine skills needed vs. current skills. Work with sales course developers to create a training plan for each seller type which will support their sales objectives. Travel approximately 70% of the time to deliver classroom training and presentations to sales audiences. Must be able to customize training deliverables to meet specific requirements of the sales audiences.
