We are searching for a WW Sales Training Manager in San Jose. =0A =0A Position Summary:=0A =0A Responsible for the development and deployment of effective training programs for hot, large succesful company to direct and partner sales force with the overall goal of developing a world class sales force.=0A =0A Responsibilities include=0A =0A ? Development and maintenance of key training programs including: New Hire Training, Product Upgrade Training, Product/Solution launches and business process training.=0A ? Work with external vendors to develop instructor led classes as required. =0A ? Establish instructional plans, identify subject matter experts, coordinate all necessary Adobe resources, collaborate on content development and testing, deliver instructor-led training when appropriate.=0A ? Develop and track key training KPIs.=0A ? Create sales tools: documentation, visual presentations and testing materials to support training programs.=0A ? Evangelize use of sales training, learning plans, and web-based training technologies.=0A =0A Knowledge & Skills:=0A =0A ? 3 - 5 years of training experience. =0A ? Experience or understanding of sales processes and issues, experience in enterprise training methods.=0A ? Experience in conducting training needs assessments and then creating annual training plans with quarterly goals. =0A ? Experience in developing course curriculum and instructional materials.=0A ? Experience with direct sales, channel sales & experience in managing people and consultants.=0A ? Technology based training and delivery experience.=0A ? Experience as project manager.=0A ? Ability to develop key partnerships with product marketing / management.=0A ? Excellent organizational skills.=0A ? Excellent communication and facilitation skills.=0A ? Excellent project management skills.=0A ?
