Description
We are searching for a WW Sales Training Manager in San Jose.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the development and deployment of effective training programs for hot, large succesful company to direct and partner sales force with the overall goal of developing a world class sales force.

Responsibilities include

? Development and maintenance of key training programs including: New Hire Training, Product Upgrade Training, Product/Solution launches and business process training.
? Work with external vendors to develop instructor led classes as required.
? Establish instructional plans, identify subject matter experts, coordinate all necessary Adobe resources, collaborate on content development and testing, deliver instructor-led training when appropriate.
? Develop and track key training KPIs.
? Create sales tools: documentation, visual presentations and testing materials to support training programs.
? Evangelize use of sales training, learning plans, and web-based training technologies.

Knowledge & Skills:

? 3 - 5 years of training experience.
? Experience or understanding of sales processes and issues, experience in enterprise training methods.
? Experience in conducting training needs assessments and then creating annual training plans with quarterly goals.
? Experience in developing course curriculum and instructional materials.
? Experience with direct sales, channel sales & experience in managing people and consultants.
? Technology based training and delivery experience.
? Experience as project manager.
? Ability to develop key partnerships with product marketing / management.
? Excellent organizational skills.
? Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
? Excellent project management skills.
? Proficient in PowerPoint and excel.
