This position requires establishing new service, answering customer requests about billing, selling additional products and services, and retaining services to meet customer needs.

Individuals work to meet revenue and service deadlines in a high paced sales center environment. All Sales and Service Representatives are required to meet sales goals while providing excellent customer service. Basic computer skills are required.

Individuals must have 1 year of commission or quota driven sales experience within the last 5 years in order to be considered. Applicants can earn up to $38,000 annual base pay dependent on sales related experience and education. In addition to our competitive salary, incentive awards can be earned monthly based on performance and goal achievement.

Minimum qualifying scores on the following tests will be required:
Customer Contact Interactive Assessment (CCIA)
Employment Inventory (EI)
Customer Service Assessment (CSA)

Experience required:
1 year of commission or quota driven sales experience
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Basic Computer Skills
