Job Title: Administrator
Location: San Mateo, CA 94402
Salary: $55K-$75K DOE
Job type: Fulltime

Position Description:
The incumbent serves as the (SFDC) Administrator responsible for the day-to-day management of our SFDC environment. This includes maintaining and optimizing our existing configuration as well as working with business owners to identify potential areas of increased functionality, defining the requirements, and performing the implementation (contracting the services of outside consultants if necessary).

The incumbent must possess in-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integration with external systems. The incumbent is also responsible for numerous special projects and reporting functions, and should have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Primary duties consist of, but not limited to:
1. Manage existing system Setup new users and track available licenses Maintain Profiles, Roles, Public Groups and Queues Utilize custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types Optimize use of workflow rules and approval processes Documentation and training

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years experience as a administrator
administrator or partner certification strongly preferred
Other technical certifications desirable
In-depth working knowledge of platform
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and break them into their smaller components for identification and resolution
Business-minded (ROI-based) approach to technology implementation
Experience managing successful technical projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines - ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and managing stress.
Proficient PC skills in the Microsoft Office product line including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for effective communication throughout the organization.
