Also, these positions are in ASIA and AFGHANISTAN The Satellite Communications Technical Support Engineer provides technical assistance for all internal and external DataPath customers on all fielded DataPath communications systems. Satellite Communications Technical Support Engineers will be highly skilled in all DataPath solutions and will provide support to both government and commercial customers. Duties: Provide remote technical assistance for DataPath customers, remote field personnel and customer support engineers to ensure that all system problems are addressed in a timely and professional manner Document all problems and problem resolutions via DataPath's customer service ticketing system (i-Sight) Develop and distribute technical support documentation and/or field bulletins to assist customers and field support personnel with troubleshooting Requirements: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Candidates will be responsible for technically supporting all fielded DataPath communications systems. Candidates should have excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
