Role: Scrum Master
Assignment: IT supporting Clinical. CCA (Clinical CareAdvance application).
Location: Louisville, KY

Assignment Capsule
As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for coaching the development team, removing any possible impediments and constantly working to ensure that the team has the best possible circumstances for realizing the goals fixed for the Sprint. Consult with associates in other business areas, identifying business requirements and translating those requirements into system specifications. You will also act as a subject matter lead on special projects, providing accurate and timely analysis, design, testing and documentation of complex systems tasks.

  • Work closely with the Product Owner on designing requirements
  • Leader of the Agile team for the CCA application
  • Design, guide and oversee the development and implementation of processes which meet the requirements of project owners
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with all impacted business areas
  • Create and lead initiatives for special projects, developing a greater understanding of system and environmental issues in the process
  • Review and analyze results, assisting other business areas with issue resolution
  • Contribute to final decisions regarding the readiness of production installations

Role Essentials
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
  • Demonstrated experience with relational databases, including Access, SQL, Server and Oracle
  • Experience with: requirements gathering, Software Specification writing, and Project management.


Role Desirables
  • Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
  • Prior experience in insurance operations background
  • Traditional auditing and data analysis experience
  • Technical documentation abilities


Reporting Relationships
  • You will report to a Technology Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Service & Information Officer.
