Description
One of America's most prominent software companies is expanding in the Dallas area and is looking for 20 full-time seasonal technical support representatives to join their organization to support their well-known software products and deliver "WOW" results to our their customers. JOB

KNOWLEDGE / BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required (2+ years of college preferred)
One plus years of customer service experience working in a call center environment
2 years or more technical PC experience supporting applications in a DOS, Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows 2003 Server and Novell environments preferred (Mapping Drives, Permissions, Communications)
Knowledge of communications including modems and Internet connectivity required
Knowledge of printer configurations required
Basic knowledge of firewall\anti-virus configurations and Citrix\Term Server environments
Basic understanding of small business concepts and processes
General knowledge of company, products, and/or services a plus

TEAM / LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
Flexible team player attitude willing to work OT and late evening shifts

SEASONAL DURATION: 4 months with the possibility of regular full time employment
HOURS: 8-6PM, 9-7PM, 10-8PM on a monthly rotational basis. Some weekends and overtime.
SALARY/BENEFITS: $14/hr + eligible for quarterly performance bonus (up to $1000+). Medical/Dental/Life Insurance and 401K
